Wysoki Kamień - towering over Szklarska Poręba, a peak located 1,058 m above sea level.
Chybotek - one of the main attractions of Szklarska Poręba since the 19th c.
A rock formation consisting of a few blocks several meters high. The highest located stone of 4 m in diameter is supported in two places and can be easily swung by one person.
Snieżne Kotły - two biggest postglacial kettles in the Karkonosze Mountains. They are separated by a narrow perch. The vertical walls can reach a height of 150 m. The top edge of the 'Big Kettle' is located at an altitude of 1490 m above sea level.
For mountain bike lovers Szklarska Poręba offers a system of 12 bike trails of 300 km. All trails are loops of different lengths and difficulty levels.
Every August Szklarska Poręba is dominated by cyclists. The biggest mass cycling event in Central Europe, the Bike Action Mountain Bike Festival, is held there. It is a meeting of mountain bikers from all over Poland, the Czech Republic and Germany. In the rich and versatile program you can always find something interesting for you, e.g. the longest mountain marathon in Poland, Polish Championships in Downhill and Dual, mountain bike mini-fairs, trial shows and numerous competitions.
